1. Bidding conditions

Entrusted by Yuxi City Company of Yunnan Tobacco Company and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as the the People's Republic of China Bidding Law, Yunnan Xinde Bidding Consulting Co., Ltd. has conducted public bidding for the 2016 purchase plan of Yuxi City Company of Yunnan Tobacco Company-gas concentration detector of safety and security department, fire and security emergency equipment display cabinet and hand-held mobile fire pump procurement project (bidding number: Yunxin Zhaozi 2016-2-079).

2. Overview of the bidding project

2.1 Place of delivery: delivered to the place designated by the tenderee according to the requirements of the tender documents.

2.2 delivery time: delivery, installation and commissioning shall be completed within 30 calendar days after the signing of the contract.

2.3 quality requirements: in line with the relevant national regulations, norms and standards.

2.4 Scope of Bidding: It is planned to purchase fire security emergency equipment display cabinets, gas concentration detectors and hand-lift motor fire pumps. For specific procurement requirements, please refer to the bidding documents.

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 Bidders have valid business license, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate (or "three certificates in one" business license), and their business scope includes fire fighting equipment or facilities and other related contents;

3.2 Bidders must be able to provide VAT invoices;

3.3 This tender does not accept the consortium bid.

5, Registration

5.1 applicants can apply to Yuxi Branch of Yunnan Xinde Tendering Consulting Co., Ltd. (Room 203, Unit 4, Yonghe Community, No. 18 Xiushan Road, Yuxi City);

The registration time for the 5.2 is from September 2, 2016 to September 6, 2016 (legal public holidays and legal holidays), from 9:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. every day;

The 5.3 shall bring the original or stamped copies of the following materials when signing up, and the relevant materials shall be bound into a book:

(1) a copy of the business license;

(2) Organization code certificate (not provided if the three certificates are combined);

(3) Tax registration certificate (three certificates in one are not provided);

(4) The original certificate of identity of the legal representative;

(5) The original resident identity card of the legal representative (if registered by the legal representative) or the original power of attorney of the legal representative and the original resident identity card of the authorized person (if registered by the entrusted agent).

6. Each set of bidding documents is priced at RMB 800.00 yuan and will not be refunded after sale.

7. Deadline for submission of bid documents and bid opening time: 9:00 on September 23, 2016.
