(1) All the building structure of the pump room shall be constructed of refractory materials, the ground shall be concrete plastered floor

Fire prevention requirements of oil pump house are as follows:

(1) All the building structure of the pump room shall be constructed of refractory materials, the ground shall be concrete plastered floor, and the doors and windows shall be opened at both ends of the pump room. The door is opened outward (side sliding door cannot be used), the natural lighting area of the window shall not be less than 1/6 of the area of the pump room, the indoor ventilation shall be good, the oil vapor content in the air shall not be greater than 300 mg/m 3, there shall be no stuffy roof interlayer in the pump room, and the room base shall not be connected with the pump base.

(2) The lighting fixtures of the pump house shall be explosion-proof devices.

(3) If the pump room transporting light oil uses an internal combustion engine or an ordinary electric motor, it should be separated from the oil pump by a firewall with a fire resistance limit of not less than 1.5h. When the transmission shaft connecting the internal combustion engine, the electric motor and the oil pump passes through the partition wall, a sealed packing shall be provided.

If the explosion-proof motor is used, no partition wall may be set, but all circuits, switches and other facilities must meet the technical regulations and explosion-proof requirements.

(4) When the internal combustion engine is used as power, the fuel tank used by the internal combustion engine should be set on the non-combustible foundation without doors and windows outside the pump room wall, and control valves should be installed at both ends of the oil pipe. The oil lead pipe leads upward from the ground to the internal combustion engine.

(5) It is forbidden to install temporary and non-conforming equipment and lay temporary pipelines in the pump room. Belt drives shall not be used to avoid fire caused by static electricity.

(6) When the power transformation and distribution equipment, metering instrument station and staff lounge with voltage below 10KV are arranged in the auxiliary buildings adjacent to the pump room, the pump room must be separated from the pump room by solid walls of non-combustible materials. The partition wall is only allowed to pass through the cable (line) protection casing related to the pump room, and the through-wall casing hole shall be tightly filled with non-combustible materials. The shortest distance between the doors and windows of the pump room and the doors and windows of the transformer and distribution room shall not be less than 6m. If the conditions are limited, an automatic closing device should be set, and the window is a fixed window that cannot be opened. The floor of the distribution room shall be 0.6m higher than that of the pump room.

(7) the pump room with vacuum system, the vacuum tank should be located outside the pump room.

(8) The pumps in the pump room shall be arranged neatly and the pipelines shall be arranged regularly. The net distance between pump and pump, pump and wall is generally 1m. The oil pump, valve and pipeline shall be impervious and leak-free, and the accessories and instruments shall be complete, and a certain number of emergency fire extinguishing tools shall be provided.
